利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Yuchinante（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリ「VibeStreak」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、日々の習慣を記録・管理するための習慣トラッキングアプリです。ストリーク（連続記録）機能やレポート機能を提供します。

2. 利用条件

• iOS 18.0 以上を搭載した iPhone が必要です
• 本アプリは App Store を通じてのみ提供されます
• 個人・非商用目的でのみご利用いただけます

3. アプリ内課金

本アプリは以下のアプリ内課金を提供しています。

• ストリークフリーズ（消耗型）: ¥120 — ストリークを1日保護する消耗品
• Vibe Pass（月額サブスクリプション）: ¥300/月 — 追加機能へのアクセス

すべての課金は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。返金については Apple の返金ポリシーに従います。

4. 自動更新サブスクリプション

Vibe Pass は月額自動更新サブスクリプションです。

• 課金は Apple ID に紐付いた iTunes アカウントに請求されます
• 更新日の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます
• 更新日の24時間前以内には解約処理ができません
• サブスクリプションは購入後、現在の期間中はキャンセルできません
• 管理・解約は「設定」>「Apple ID」>「サブスクリプション」から行えます

5. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（デザイン・コード・アイコン等）の著作権・知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。

6. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は以下について保証しません。

• 本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること
• 本アプリが中断なく動作すること
• 本アプリの使用による習慣形成・継続の成果

法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、開発者は本アプリの使用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。

7. サービスの変更・終了

開発者は、事前の通知なしに本アプリの機能を変更・追加・削除する場合があります。また、本アプリの提供を終了する場合があります。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

9. 規約の変更

開発者は本規約を変更する場合があります。変更後の規約はこのページに掲載され、掲載時点から効力を持ちます。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "VibeStreak" ("the App") provided by Yuchinante ("the Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the App

VibeStreak is a habit tracking app that helps you build and maintain daily habits through streak tracking and progress reports.

2. Requirements

• Requires iPhone running iOS 18.0 or later
• Available exclusively through the Apple App Store
• For personal, non-commercial use only

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers the following in-app purchases:

• Streak Freeze (Consumable): ¥120 / $0.99 — Protects your streak for one day
• Vibe Pass (Monthly Subscription): ¥300 / $2.99 per month — Access to premium features

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4. Auto-Renewing Subscription

Vibe Pass is a monthly auto-renewing subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including design, code, and icons, is the property of the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using the App will result in habit formation or other outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Changes to the App

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting.
