VibeStreak（以下「本アプリ」）は、Yuchinante（以下「開発者」）が開発・提供する習慣トラッキングアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集するデータ

本アプリは、以下のデータをお客様のデバイス内にのみ保存します。これらのデータは外部サーバーには送信されません。

• 習慣の名前・カテゴリ・設定
• 習慣の記録日・達成状況
• ストリーク（連続記録）日数
• アプリの設定・テーマ情報

2. 収集しないデータ

本アプリは以下の情報を収集・送信しません。

• 氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人識別情報
• 位置情報
• カメラ・マイクへのアクセス
• 連絡先・カレンダーなどの他のアプリデータ
• 使用状況の分析データ・クラッシュレポート（第三者サービス不使用）

3. データの保存場所

すべてのデータはお客様のデバイス内（Core Data）にのみ保存されます。開発者はお客様のデータにアクセスできません。

4. アプリ内課金について

本アプリはアプリ内課金（ストリークフリーズ・Vibe Pass）を提供しています。課金処理は Apple の StoreKit を通じて行われ、支払い情報は Apple が管理します。開発者はお客様の支払い情報にアクセスできません。

5. 第三者への情報提供

開発者は、お客様の個人情報を第三者に提供・販売・共有しません。

6. データの削除

本アプリをアンインストールすることで、デバイス内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは必要に応じて更新される場合があります。変更がある場合は、このページに新しいプライバシーポリシーを掲載します。

Privacy Policy

VibeStreak ("the App") is a habit tracking application developed by Yuchinante ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.

1. Data We Collect

The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to external servers.

• Habit names, categories, and settings
• Habit completion records and dates
• Streak counts
• App preferences and theme settings

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect or transmit:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email address, etc.)
• Location data
• Camera or microphone access
• Contacts, calendars, or other app data
• Analytics or crash reporting (no third-party analytics services)

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device (Core Data). The Developer has no access to your data.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases (Streak Freeze and Vibe Pass). All payment processing is handled by Apple's StoreKit. The Developer has no access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Deletion

Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
